					<description>The leader of Israel was not above receiving instruction from his father-in-law. The &lt;strong&gt;"Lord has greatly exalted Moses, and had wrought wonders by his hand; yet he did not conclude that because God had chosen him to instruct others, he needed not to be instructed, He gladly listened to the suggestions of Jethro, and adopted his plan as a wise arrangement."&lt;/strong&gt; this reminds me of Zechariah 3 where the people have to take the grave clothes off of Joshua... the lesson is 2 fold here we have to be humble to reprove and be humble to be reproved!</description>
